Do you require a deposit/How do we book?
Please complete the booking form online. Once we receive the details and confirm availability, we will send you an invoice for 50% of the booking total as a deposit to secure the date. The remaining 50% plus a $150 refundable damage deposit will be due one week prior to your event. No payment processing or paperwork on your busy event day!
Do you have package options?
We keep our booking simple. We offer one 10’x10′ play area (we can convert to 8×12 or make smaller, if necessary). This play area comes with several main play items listed on our Soft Play Package page. We do, however, have some color options between our floor, our ball colors and our play equipment that we will pick based off your theme or event color palette you provide, subject to availability. Just ask in the Comments of the booking form!
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We are fully insured and can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance if your venue requires.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We understand life happens. Please notify us as soon as possible and we will grant you a full refund up to 24 hours before the event. Cancellations within 24 hours will be refunded with a $50 cancellation fee withheld.
Is there a delivery charge?
We provide FREE delivery for events within our local service area. Delivery fees for events outside our local service area will be determined based off location once a booking form is completed.
How and How Often Do you Clean Your Equipment?
We thoroughly clean all our equipment, including the fence, floor and balls, with an EPA registered disinfectant after every single booking.
